Modaverse provides warranty for all products marketed under the provisions of Law 449/2003, regarding the sale of goods and associated warranties (as subsequently amended) and according to information on warranty of products described in the product warranty certificate for each product separately.
In case of non-compliance, you can request free of charge product repair or replacement. This will take place within 15 days of the date on which you have informed us about the defect. The warranty is validated by the warranty certificate and the bill in the package. Items with long service life, which fail in three (3) working days from purchase date will be replaced.
