You can return products purchased from www.modaverse.ro without penalty and without specifying the reason within ten (10) working days of receipt. Reimbursement of an order is made when the following conditions have been met: the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged. Because shipping and return costs are supported by the shopper, the reimbursement value will be product price-(shipping costs+return costs).
Please remember to try on the product without taking the label off as Modaverse only accept the return of goods if they are in the same condition in which they were delivered.
To return a product, you must let us know in advance by a message, email or by telephone.
The product must arrive at our warehouse within 10 business days from the date you received your order.
ATTENTION!
We do not accept parcels for product replacement or return whose shipping payment was not made by the sender! Customer is responsible for product damage or loss during product exchange or return transport to Modaverse.
You can change any item with another within 10 working days without any other additional cost. If the product you want in exchange is more expensive, you'll pay the price difference. If the product is cheaper, you will receive the price difference.
