Shipping Information - Romania

Transport and cash on delivery fee is free in all localities in Romania, on orders over 45 euro.

The order will be delivered generally the next business day after sending the parcel, using the DPD courier company, the second biggest parcel delivery providers in Europe, with the most advanced network of vehicle couriers.

The period can be extended to two business days, depending on the geographical area where you live.

Your products will be carefully packed and shipped in cartons, which provides order transport in good condition. Because the parcels are taken at 16:00 from our warehouse, orders received after this time will be shipped the next business day.

Delivery shall be made to the address you filled in in the order form. As deliveries are carried out between the hours 8-17, please specify an address where delivery can be possible in this time interval.

All packages are accompanied by invoices.

Shipping Information - International

For international transport Modaverse uses DPD Express. Please note that DPD courier company cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Delivery time varies, depending on the area you place the order, between 1 and 7 business days.

All products are shipped from our store owned by SC Modaverse SRL, owner of Modaverse brand, located in Str. 22Decembrie 1989, no. 86B, com. Lumina, Constanta county.

Both product price and shipping charges you pay to Modaverse do not include customs duties, import fees, brokerage fees or other unforeseen charges.

For packages weighing less than 5 kg, the price varies between 115 RON/Kg and 726 RON/Kg. If the package exceeds 5 kg, 1 to 79 RON/Kg shall be added.

For non-EU countries, you should pay customs clearance amounting to 90 RON, and any other applicable duty.

We cannot send to islands (ex. Chanel Islands Jersey, Ibiza, Mallorca, Tenerife), except Greece.

We can calculate the shipping and import taxes for most countries. At the end of your order, you will be able to see the total amount, which includes the order value and shipping taxes. Customs charges imposed by certain countries will be paid by the buyer when he receives the order.

Customs processing may delay the delivery of your order. For these delays, please check local customs offices. The invoice for customs duties could arrive after receiving the order.

Shipping requires packing so that goods will be sufficiently protected against stresses caused by automatic sorting equipment, varying climatic conditions where applicable and mechanical handling (diagonally height of fall from 80 cm).

Parcels are packed so that access to their content is not possible.
