Legal relations between SC Modaverse SRL as Seller and Buyer are governed by the provisions of Government Ordinance no. 130/2000 on the protection of consumers in the conclusion and execution of distance contracts.
By using modaverse.ro website, the user declares that he agrees with the fact that the Romanian laws will govern the Terms and Conditions of use and any dispute whatsoever that might arise between users and website administrator or associates / partners / affiliates thereof. There are no extra charges for Cash on Delivery. We only collect the amount printed on the invoice.
Online payment with credit card
SC Modaverse SRL use PlatiOnline, an online payment integrated solution proficient, user friendly and, most important, tested and recommended by over 3000 clients. At the same time, SC Modaverse SRL does not require and does not store any of your card details. The PlatiOnline transaction on your online statement will be from modaverse.ro. If you are cancelling an online payment with credit card, the emitter bank will deblock your amount in 1 to 30 days, depending on its policy.
Payment by bank transfer
Payment by bank transfer is made only on the basis of proforma invoice issued by Modaverse, following telephone confirmation of the order with a sales consultant.
